Valérie CONXICOEUR joined d²X as the Business Unit Manager of the Singapore office and the Asia region.

She succeeds Morgane THURET, who has been the Director of this entity since 2018 and will move this spring to the Paris office to take over the development of the consulting activity.

Valerie started her career as a management and information systems consultant. After 10 years in leading consulting firms, she took on organization and project management functions in large European groups in Tokyo and Hong Kong. She has been living in Asia for more than 20 years and has helped several companies in their transformations in an intercultural environment (Japan, Hong Kong, India, and now Singapore).

Driven by a strong conviction that the people factor is critical in the success of any information systems project, Valerie held recruitment positions for 4 years in Tokyo and Singapore, two competitive candidate-driven markets where technological skills are increasingly sought after.

Valerie will now be running the d²X Expertise agency in Singapore as Business Unit Manager.
