BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) employs 16,000 people in 53 countries. CIB develops solutions for financing, advising and capital markets.
Within CIB IT, a team of Business Account Managers based in GENEVA, is responsible for integrating business applications into operations and then deploying them to the production infrastructures.
Mission
BNP Paribas has entrusted d²X Expertise with a Business Project Management assignment; the aim of which is to direct and coordinate the operational resources and the shared application activity.
The Business Project Manager guarantees the high level of performance, quality and availability, and facilitates continuous improvement of the services (related to the applications falling under his responsibility).

ITPS-CIB's role is to guarantee the service level of the business applications for which it is responsible.
During the insertions into operations, the continuity of services and maintenance of the application’s support level are the key words (application stability, tools, configurations, etc.).
