Our bundle of offers rely on a dedicated role framework, organised in 3 distinct streams : Program and Project Management, Service Management, and Contract Management..

Selection

Our recruitment process consists of Head Hunting by d2X and network recommendations, spontaneous application by candidates, and the employment of professional recruitment partners.

The selection is based on interviews that assess both the technical and soft skills of the candidate.

We are committed to delivering a detailed feedback on each applicant, whether they are successful with d2X or not.

 

General criteria

To join our company, a successful candidate needs:

 

  • To have a Bachelor Degree or higher
  • To possess at least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience
  • To be mobile, at least in the context of projects carried out for national and international clients,
  • To be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus),
  • To have strong interpersonal skills and be customer service oriented.

Employment contract

Our hiring process involves four steps:

 

  • Selection based on profile (see below),
  • Assignment to an Entry Project  Consultants are only hired when assigned to a specific project for a client,
  • Drawing up of a standard employment contract to ensure fairness,
  • A Welcome to the d²X team of consultants

We do not consider IT Services companies as a form of interim employer.  Our hiring normally leads to permanent contracts.

 

Remuneration

Our packages contain three key components:

 

  • A fixed salary based on market value,
  • An uncapped commission currently set at 3% of the total amount invoiced by d2X expertise for clients or prospects brought in through your professional or personal network
  • An additional lump sum in the event that d²X Expertise hires a candidate brought in by you through your professional or personal network.
