Implementing tools and defining aligned processes is one thing, the daily administration of these tools is a specific topic, requiring a specific approach and specific profiles.


  • Production of metrology data, validation of WUs and link to the suppliers’ accounting services,
  • Production / consolidation / alignment/ dissemination of the ISD reports (changes, problems, incidents, progress, portfolio or project dashboards, ...)
  • Daily management of your IT park (licenses, PCs, telephony, printers and copiers, etc...)
  • Cross communication between the different entities of the IT Services Department.

  1. During the support mission to optimize transverse activities, the analysis and the implementation of an administration business unit is managed by an experienced d²X Senior Consultant.
  2. The outlining of the team, the deliverables, the processes involved and the commitments are directly defined in close collaboration with our customer.
